Does not place the pictures on order

The upload order has been fix but only when you select automatically update. Also I noticed that after I place all my pictures back to my iPhone, on iTunes it identified them as "Other" and no longer as "Photos".
Using iPhone 6 with iTunes 12.1.2.27
